This WOODEN Davis Hill WEATHER STICK will tell you what the weather is outside. With good weather about, the stick will point up to the sky. When the weather outside is not so pleasant, the wooden stick will point down to the ground.
It is not clear exactly how they work! But, the Old Timers had faith in them... good enough reason for you to have faith in them too!
Ready to work for you: just nail it up outdoors, using the included nail, with the nail up. Under an eave, on a window frame, or outside wall. Anywhere you can see it from inside.
These country wooden WEATHER STICKS are harvested at the right time of year, and carefully prepared and dried. When first put up, they will take a short while to get used to your house. Please be patient with them, and they will serve you well for many years!
