An EMPTY 30ml GLASS MIXING BOTTLE to make your own constitutional remedy at home (with dropper).

Bach Flower Remedies recommend adding 2 drops of each chosen remedy (up to 7 different remedies/ and Rescue Remedy can be considered as one if desired). Top of with pure, still mineral water.

Take 4 drops (at a minimum), 4 times/day, until relief is obtained. Use your prepared remedy within 3 weeks.
