A fun little kit the beginning crafter will enjoy, and feel accomplished!

The felt flower is used as a BRAIDING FLOWER to make WOOL CORDS. Everything needed is included.

The use of a braider comes from Japan and is 1000 years old. Braiding is known there as Kumihimo. Kumi means braids and himo means cord. Our braid star has 8 slots which can weave a string of up to 7 strands. The stars are made of 5mm thick felt. Our Filges 100% Bioland wool can also be used with the braid star.

Kit includes: felt braiding flower: diameter: 10 cm, 7 wool/silk strings length: 150 cm each and an instruction manual.
