St Francis Herb Farm CHEST RUB BALM is a soothing topical respiratory formula that draws on the marvellous healing properties of essential oils to aid in the specific relief of heavy chest congestion that is apt to accompany coughs and colds.

- Adults, adolescents, and children aged 2 and older: Apply to affected area up to 3 times per day. For children (2-12 years): The product should be handled/applied by adults only. External use only. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; if this happens, rinse thoroughly with vegetable oil (or water).
Medicinal Ingredients: Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus globulus, leaf) essential oil. Peppermint (Mentha x piperita, flowering twig) essential oil. Scotch Pine (Pinus sylvestris, needle) essential oil, in a base of purified water, olive oil and shea butter.
