Introduced in Kindergartens, and used through the graduating Grade 12 class.
A little paint is added to water (in a separate jar), to produce the desired shade of colour. A little of these intense, high quality pigmented colours indeed, does go a long way. Adult supervision needed to mix the paint with water.
