These treehouse swing sets are quite large. The wood base is very heavy to provide ballast, so no worries about tipping over. Each doll is about 4inches (21cms tall). The ladder is completely free-standing and can be moved about. The swing is attached, and can not be moved. Natural wood variations in each set. Tree branches are different too!
