This is the BABY BELT BEE by Artisan beadworker, Irene Johnny. In her community, there is a tradition of beading flowers to make a baby belt for new mothers. It is symbolic of the dedication and energy put forth to protecting the land and water in their traditional territory.

All of these unique gifts of authentic beadwork come with an information card from the artisan.
